Kays Kube (UEN 53417591X) is a Singapore-registered online store, committed to sourcing for quality products at affordable prices. These include adult & kids apparels, educational toys, home & living items, interactive learning materials, and more! At the same time, we conducted extensive research into the benefits of sensory play and launched a collection of sensory play fillers, including rainbow rice, rainbow pasta, rainbow farfalle etc.
We also have a 'Handmade with Love' collection, featuring products lovingly designed and sewn by a 65-year-old retiree, Auntie C. Do show Auntie C some support if you can!
Q: Do you have a size chart for reference?
A: Measurements, where applicable, are provided on individual product listings. We do not have a generic size or measurement chart as every product's cutting is different. You may take reference from your existing apparels and compare them with the measurements provided on our respective product pages.
Q: Do you accept returns, refunds and exchanges?
A: All returns and refunds for defective products will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be made in the form of store credits, for major defects such as torn apparels etc. Items with minor printing defects and/or inconsistencies caused by mass production are not considered major defects and will not be considered for returns or refunds. We allow exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size purchased, etc. Exchanges can only be made with existing products in our store and return delivery fees are to be borne by the customer. Kindly drop us an e-mail at email@example.com for exchange requests.
Q: What should I do if I receive a wrong or incomplete order?
A: Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID, providing us with details of the wrong item received or item that was missed out from your order. For wrong items received, please include photos in your e-mail as well.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, we only ship within Singapore. We are still exploring overseas shipping options, and will update in due course.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for domestic courier services. A tracking number will be provided, and your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. Should you have special instructions for your delivery, kindly inform us upon placing your order.
Your order should reach you within 3-5 working days. There may be delays due to COVID-19 restrictions, as well as during peak periods and festive seasons.
Shipping fee is waived for orders S$50 and above.
Q: Can I self collect?
A: Not at the moment, sorry!
Q: Do you accept urgent orders?
A: Same day/ next day delivery options are available at a delivery fee of $10 to $15, depending on location. Do drop us a WhatsApp message at 87525722 to enquire and arrange.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are made via a secured gateway powered by our e-commerce platform, Shopify. We also accept bank transfer via PayNow to our corporate account.
Q: My selected design/size is out of stock. Will you restock?
A: We typically try our best to replenish stocks every 1 to 2 months. For sold out items, please click on the 'NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE' tab in the product listing and fill in your details so that we can drop you a message once stocks come in. However, some products may not be restocked if, for example, our supplier runs out of stock; or if our manufacturer no longer produces a particular item/design.
